Security test summary
Northwind Billing
- What we tested
- Customer web app, API and admin console
- Why
- A new enterprise customer's security review
- Report
- Version 1.1, updated after the retest
Every high-risk issue is fixed and checked.
| Risk | Found | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | 0 | None found |
| High | 2 | All fixed and checked |
| Medium | 2 | 1 fixed, 1 awaiting a fix |
| Low | 1 | 1 accepted as a known risk |
In plain words: one customer could see another customer's invoices. That is fixed, and the retest confirmed it.
When you need one
- A big customer sent a security questionnaire
- It asks for a recent penetration test. We give you the report to attach.
- Your auditor wants testing evidence
- For SOC 2 or ISO 27001. The report shows what was tested and what was fixed.
- You are about to launch
- Find the holes before your customers, or an attacker, do.
- An investor is doing diligence
- Show a recent, independent test instead of a promise.
- Your client requires it
- Agencies: we test inside your project and report to your client.

Questions buyers ask
How much does a penetration test cost?
From ₹79,000, £3,500 or $3,900 for one website, app or API, and from ₹1,49,000, £6,900 or $7,900 for a full SaaS product. The price is fixed after a short call and includes a retest.
How long does it take?
Testing takes one to two weeks, depending on the size of your app. Your team then fixes the issues, and we retest.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us what the app does and who asked for the test. We work out the technical detail with your developers.
Will my customer accept the report?
The report is written for the people who review it: a one-page summary, what was tested and what is fixed. We cannot promise any reviewer’s decision, but we can scope the test to exactly what your customer asked for.
What is the difference between a pentest and a scan?
A scan is automated and finds known problems. A penetration test is a person trying to break in, the way an attacker would, which finds the problems scanners miss.
